Eligibility Criteria

  • BBA/BBM– The candidate must need to clear the 10+2 examination from the recognized Board with at least 45% marks.
  • Bachelor of Arts – The candidate must need to clear the 10+2 examination from the recognized Board with at least 45% marks.
  • Bachelor of Commerce –Applicants must have completed a 10+2 exam with accounting as one subject like Commerce, Banking, Business Studies, Commercial Geography, Office Management, Insurance and Salesmanship, Economics,
  • Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.lib) – Applicant must have passed the 10+2 examination from any recognized Board.
  • Bachelor of Science– Interested applicants must have cleared a 10+2 examination from the recognized Board with science subjects.
  • BCA- Applicants must hold an Intermediate exam from a recognized board
  • MBA/ PGDM– Interested applicants should need to complete a graduation degree exam from a recognized university with at least 50%marks and applicants of SEBC & OEC will get a relaxation of 2%.
  • M. Com.-Applicants should have completed the BBS, BBA, BBM, or B.com degree exam or any other equivalent degree from any recognized university.
  • Master of Arts: Students must have at least a graduation degree from a recognized university in a particular discipline.
  • Post-Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications: Applicants must have completed a graduation degree in any discipline.


Kariavattom University Distance Education 2023 Application Process:

  • Willing candidates should log in to the portal to fill out the application form,
  • Candidates should remit the cost of their application form as well as prospectus (Rupees 250) through the DD or Demand Draft in the favor of the Finance Officer, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Applicants should need to the deposit fee at the university’s cash counter.
  • Interested candidates should need to choose the subject of his/her interest.
  • Fill out the all information required in the application form.
  • Take the printout of your duly filled Application form.


Mode of payment of kariavattom university distance education

Submission of application fees at Kerala University will be sent through the SBI Bank Challan / Online Mode/ University Cash Counters/ DD/ Kerala University- ePayment Portal.

Applicants must have two Rupees. 105 towards the SDE-DDF..e. Department Development Fund by the Demand draft or DD from any SBI branch in the favor of the Director, SDE, (DDF), Kariavattom payable at SBI, Kariavattom Branch, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.
