To be considered for admission under the Amity Executive MBA (EMBA), all candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• First, the candidates' marks will be divided by the total number of subjects (excluding Integrated English/ General Studies/ Social Work) they had taken.
• Second, the resulting figure is multiplied by itself to give you a percentage value. This percentage value represents your average mark in each subject and serves as an indication that what percentage of marks you got in each subject during your entrance exam.

Work Experience

Work Experience is a mandatory criterion for admission to Amity executive MBA. Work experience will be considered on the basis of the following:

• Duration of work experience (in years)
• Type of work experience (full-time or part-time)
• Number of hours worked per week, month, or year

Work Experience Weightage (WE)

Work Experience Weightage (WE) is the weightage given to work experience. It is a percentage of the total weightage of the candidate and it varies from 1% to 5%.

• The minimum work experience required for admission in MBA course programs as per AICTE norms is two years but this can be raised up to five years if you have completed your CA course or other equivalent qualification.
• The maximum work experience required for admission in MBA course programs as per AICTE norms is five years but this can be reduced if you have completed your CA course or other equivalent qualification

Educational Qualification

The candidates must have a minimum of 60% in their graduation. If you are appearing for your final year, then the required GPA is 55%. Similarly, if you are appearing for your final year and want to get admission to Amity Ahmedabad, then it is mandatory that you should have 50% or more marks (in total) in all semesters with no negative marks.

Academic Weightage (AW)

Academic Weightage (AW) is calculated based on the marks obtained in the graduation degree. AW is not applicable for candidates who have completed their graduate degrees from IITs and IISc.

Additionally, AW is also not applicable for candidates who have completed their graduation degree from any other Foreign University/Institution

Candidates with degrees from any other Foreign University/Institutions will have to provide their Equivalence Certificate

You will have to provide an Equivalence Certificate if you have a foreign degree. The Equivalence Certificate is required for foreign degrees obtained outside India. The Equivalence Certificate will be issued by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), based on your academic qualifications. The certificate is valid for a period of 5 years. You can either apply for the Equivalence Certificate online or through a manual application process by sending an application form along with all the required documents to the MEA department.

Final Weighted Average Marks (FWAM)

The final weighted average mark (FWAM) is the average of the following marks:

• A weighted average of all your examinations. This includes Aptitude Test, Personal Interview, Group Discussion, and at least one paper from each Faculty/School/Department in which you are registered for that year.
• A weighted average of all your examinations from the semester level up to and including Microbiology & Immunology if you have applied for admission under this category only.

Gender Diversity Criteria

The minimum marks required for admission are:

• For all programs, a minimum of 45% in aggregate (minimum 42% General and 50% and above in OBC/SC/ST).
• In each category, there is no upper age limit for candidates who have passed only +2 education level examination or equivalent.[4]

Amity executive MBA eligibility

You must have a graduation degree to apply for the Amity executive MBA. Candidates with an undergraduate degree can also apply, but they will not be eligible for admission into the program.

The minimum eligibility requirements for admission into this Master in Business Administration (MBA) program are as follows:
