IIM ROHTAK ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Admission Criteria for the One-Year Postgraduate Programme for Executives (ePGPx):

  • A Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate mark of 50% or an equivalent CGPA.
  • Valid CAT (75th percentile or higher) / GMAT (550th percentile or above) / GRE score
  • IIMR-Entry Test (for those who do not have CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE results)

Admission requirements for Management Development Programmes (MDPs) include:

  • For Indian participants, a degree or diploma in any field from a university accredited by the UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, or a state government is required.
  • International participants must have graduated from high school or earned an equivalent degree from a university or other institution in their home country.
  • Professional in the workforce with at least 4 years' worth of experience.

Admission requirements for an executive postgraduate degree in sports management include:-

  • Any candidate who has earned a bachelor's degree in any field and has earned at least 50% of the required points or an equivalent overall grade point average is eligible to apply.
  • Work experience in a related field will be beneficial.

IIM ROHTAK EXECUTIVE MBA SELECTION PROCEDURE

A written exam administered by the school and an in-person interview are both parts of the IIM Rohtak Executive MBA selection procedure. The procedures are described below.

Score: Candidates may provide their CAT, GMAT, or GRE scores. The candidate should score 75 percentile on the CAT, 550 on the GMAT, and 300 on the GRE. Candidates who have been inducted as group A officers through UPSC may also apply directly.

Statement of Purpose: A Statement of Purpose would be used to evaluate candidates' applications as well. When registering, the SOP would need to be provided.

Entrance exam: Candidates who do not have CAT, GRE, or GMAT scores may still take the institute's entrance exam. The entrance exam is held during the first week of May, ideally on May 5 and 6.

Personal Interview: Candidates are chosen for the personal interview phase based on their performance on the entrance exam. Only the results of the entrance exam and personal interview are used to determine final admission.

IIM ROHTAK PLACEMENTS

IIM Rohtak, also known as Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, has finished its placements campaign for the batch 2022 and has achieved 100% placements this year with a 16.3% increase in the average CTC, which stood at INR 16.06 LPA. The highest CTC rose to INR 32 LPA. 73% of the class was placed in General Management and Consulting. IIM Rohtak is the first IIM to complete its batch 2022 placement drive.

The institute has produced its placement report for the year 2021, in which over a hundred recruiters participated in the placement process, 72+ of them were first-time recruiters. The highest CTC was INR 22.8 LPA, the average CTC was INR 13.74 LPA, and the median CTC was INR 13.5 LPA.

The institute has already announced its summer internship placement report for the 2020-22 batch, and the college has maintained its 100% placement record this year as well. The summer internship placement drive attracted 242 candidates, with the highest stipend standing at INR 2.5 Lakhs and the average stipend standing at INR 65.5 K.

Companies that participated in the placement drive included Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, OfBusiness, Axtria, Mu Sigma, Capgemini, Xiaomi, GamaSec, Diaspark, Phable, Genpact, and ZS Associates.
